We regularly represent clients in Opposition and Opposition Appeal Proceedings at the European Patent Office, both to defend our clients’ patents when they are opposed and to oppose patents belonging to their competitors. We can also represent clients in proceedings before the UK Intellectual Property Office, and at the European Union Intellectual Property Office.
