Christmas Closures

Our office will be closed on 25 and 26 December 2025 and again on 1 January 2026. We will have a skeleton staff operating from 29-31 December 2025, dealing with urgent work only.  Due to this we would appreciate receiving instructions for any actions due between 24 December 2025-2 January 2026 by 19 December 2025, where possible.  

The UKIPO will be closed for everything apart from new, non-priority filings, on 25 & 26 December 2025 and 1 January 2026.  

The European Patent Office will be closed from 24 December 2025-1 January 2026 inclusive. Any actions falling due on a closed day at either office will automatically be extended to the next open working day
