EPO Price Increase Update

The European Patent Office will be increasing the majority of their fees from 1 April 2024.  The increases include renewal fees from years 1-9, search and examination fees, designation fees, excess claims fees and grant fees, as well as other procedural fees. If you are planning to file a new application in the next few months, have search or examination fees upcoming, or have a renewal fee due in the next six months, you may wish to consider paying the fees before the 1 April increase.
