Patent and Trademark Paralegal

I joined Mathisen & Macara LLP in January 2019 with an interest in learning about Intellectual Property.  Within the same year I started the CIPA Patent Administrators course and in 2020 passed this exam.  I have spent a lot of time working on European Patents in particular and assist with all of the formalities involved.  In 2021 I went on to take the CITMA Paralegal exam and passed this course with a Merit.  Within this course I also learnt a lot about the changes to Trade Mark law due to BREXIT.  I am now a CITMA Paralegal member and continue to build my interest and knowledge within Trade Mark law. I currently manage all trade mark paralegal matters.
